They said contact stripe. I email that they send me email back to contact customer support. And Customer support is unavailable because, I don’t have any account

I'm surprised they told you to contact Support. However, if that's the case then you can reach out to Support without an account via the "can't sign in or have a question" button here: https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
