#stripe_connect_platform - Checkout customer creation

Can you send me the ID of the account that you think is gated to do that?
Are you trying to avoid creating customers in this scenario?
No, I want to always create a Customer.
I personally am about to lose a Customer in real life in 5 minutes when I jump on the phone with them to sell them on our app b/c....
My test account A is creating customers but my test account B is not so not sure if the real person I am about to speak with has an account set up like A or B. If A, I can sell her on our app. If B, our app is not helpful since no customer = no Customer Portal functionality which is a key differentiator of our product but seems to break with some accounts currently
Not sure if you updated Stripe or if my testing account is just working differently since it's gated
What exactly is it gated in to?
create a Customer
So the end goal is to have account B creating a customer each time you take a payment through a payment link?
when a Stripe Payment Link for a Product with a Price of type: 'one-time' is submitted
Oh I see the gate
Yes. accounts [B...all my potential customers]
B,C,D,E and everybody who Connects
About to jump on a customer call - is there a way to tell if her account is "gated" or not????
If you send me the account ID, I can check
Just run a payment and cross fingers and look for a "Guest" or a "Customer"
I will have to talk with her and see if she Connects or not
It should be possible to gate it in if it isn't gated in already. I am looking more in to this gate
