Time might be a problem. Webhook event data is only stored for 15 days
You should be able to navigate to the Webhooks section of your dashboard and trigger a manual retry.

However, if the length of time means the system no longer has access to the data it needs to recreate the webhook you may not see the little green retry button.

Yep, that's my issue is that its no longer there.
Dang. I see "webhook pending" in the event data but I don't see the webhook when I click into it.
That's okay. I can't believe we missed this for a month! Oh well. I'll get it updated and fix it up.
