Good question. Looking in to this. You should just need to run this as the connected account as the payout is owned by the child account. I forget the syntax for that but will look it up

Can you try adding --stripe-account=acct_123 where that last part is the account ID of the account with the payouts?

i think this works - trying in test mode reveals there is one in live i just need to get the correct api key to validate it works. will update when i can confirm
