Is there any policy like once a card is declined 3 times, it gets blacklisted?

Just to give you heads up - this payment method was working earlier. Then the customer's card got lost and last 5 payments have been giving no response.
Yes - We have saved the payment method token in our system and charging the customers on monthly basis.
Should I send you customer Id or Payment method id ?
Or an backdated payment intent which was failed and from there you can track the payment method?

If you look at the decline_code here, it says lost card. Probably, the user reported it lost and hence the Payment Intents are failing
So the payments in future will fail if decline code is lost is that correct?
