Hi, what Card Reader is that? And is your issue consistent across readers?
And is your issue consistent across all of your customers?
We are using the WisePad 3 across our stack
It has been identified in all test phases
All customers?
And it's slow on PaymentIntent confirmation?
Could you give an example request id that is slow?
Terminal.shared.processPayment This is the func that is taking a long time
Hi! I'm taking over orakaro.
Can you provide more details? Like a request ID, the code that is slow, etc.
Thanks! And could you clarify how you compute the "10-12 seconds to complete"? When exactly are you starting your timer, and when are you stopping it?
"Processing start 2022-03-17 09:16:29 +0000"
"Processing end 2022-03-17 09:16:37 +0000"
ok i got 8 seconds, still pretty slow
Do you think it could be something to do with our Webhooks?
But then we would see the same for Android users
On our end I see the PaymentIntent was created at 09:06:44, then confirmed at 09:06:58 and then captured at 09:07:01.
This is the Android times:
Start time: 09:26:48
End time: 09:26:51
3 seconds to complete

This is the iOS times:
Start time: 09:29:22
End time: 09:29:31
9 seconds to complete

Can we work with these, as we have the times in the thread! Sorry to be a pain
Thanks! Give me a few minutes to look into this.
So for this type of questions I would recommend to ask Stripe support directly, they will have more time and knowledge on this topic.
Make sure to include relevant IDs, the full code processing the payment (the screenshot you shared is not enough), etc.
