np, can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

just don't know what they must do in order to enable it in their dashboard

If you're collecting payments via Checkout, it should display Google Pay and Apple Pay by default for payment method type card

So just to be clear for the future, there is no setting that the client(webshop owner) must do in order to set the apple payment

yep, there is no setting that they need to do to enable Apple Pay and Google Pay
