Hi! Thanks so much. We were hoping if we could get into a call with an expert or Stripe sales to see the best way to proceed. We wouldn't want to waste resources on incorrectly set up process.
You can contact Support and they should be able to put you in contact with the correct people to advise you. We support developers having particular API integration issues here but I cannot really offer advice on managing liability or legal compliance.
