yes! it has been very helpful but does not have information regarding tos acceptance and capabilities

With connect accounts you don't have to request capabilities because these are meant to be full fledge standalone stripe accounts - Stripe will be requesting the necessary capabilities to et the accoutn working

#

For TOS acceptance, I believe that's something that would be automatically collected by Stripe during onboarding

correct - for standard connect accounts you wouldn't worry about this
