I have spent a lot of time trying to match the methodology outlined in the support docs but the churn I'm calculating is still pretty far off. I'm wondering if there is a query your team can share?
If not, I have a more specific question around some nuances mentioned in the reporting that could explain the differences. I think the first approach would be easier, quicker, though.

You know what, after thinking through this a bit more I realized I think I have this covered in my query. For my larger question (i.e., trouble matching subscriber churn in billing dashboard), should I forward you an email?
