You can't just transfer funds from your Stripe balance to different bank accounts. That's not possible

If you want to transfer different settlement currencies, then you add an external account for that specific currency. And then any Stripe balance accumulated in that currency will be paid out there

As explained, you can't just transfer to another person's external bank account. You'd do that via Connect instead: https://stripe.com/docs/connect
