Thanks! So for Express accounts you can't accept ToS for them. You have to send them through onboarding via an Account Link and they have to agree to ToS on the last page of onboarding when they submit their account.

We're not using the express onboarding - we're doing it in our own UI via API calls

Hmm yeah that is not really what Express is designed for.

You should use Custom Accounts if you are controlling the UI.

But if you really want to use Express, then you can basically pre-fill all of the account info via your own UI and then send the user to an Account Link to accept the ToS.

That said, there are certain other pieces of info that are considered PII and that we don't let you pre-fill with Express as we expect only the Express user to have that info (like person information).

If you plan on collecting everything, I'd recommend using Custom instead.

Yes. I can't remember the exact fields that you can't pre-fill. I suggest testing it out by creating an Express Account and seeing what fields you can pre-fill.
