Looking at that customer, I see that all of their Invoices are $0, which don't actually generate a payment and are marked as automatically paid. Since no payment is collected, not charge or payment intent is created, so it's expected that you're not getting back any charges for that customer
Do you have a customer that you know has a non-zero Invoice that is still returning 0 results for you?
I was testing exactly the same and looks like that's the problem
