When you preview the invoice PDF in your dashboard, do you see these fields filled out?

You can test this by selecting this customer, then from the actions menu select Create Invoice. You will be taken to a page to edit this invoice and there you can preview the PDF that would be generated.

i guess you dont display the address if the mandatory informations for billing is not complete
