Okay, I see.
Not sure what's the best approach here as I'm not sure about your use-case and integration but You can send payouts to your users by creating a manual payout

My use case is, we are creating a dashboard for book authors/writers, where they can transfer book profit directly from our dashboard to their bank bank account or stripe account

about this do we have to collect the amount first or we can connect our credit/debit or money to stripe and than transfer to the authors

no, actually we are working with one book publishing company in India, where author publish book, and we give some profit to the authors, before we were paying them using manual process with paypal and google pay. Now we are trying to automate this payout thing. So i am looking for the solution where we can directly pay the profit to our authors, we are not collecting any ammount we are just looking something to pay the profit to the autors

Ah okay! thanks that makes sense.
You can do it by adding funds to your platform balance and then creating a payout to your connected accounts (authors)
But this flow only works in the US (so that platform account would need to be registered in the US)
