Yeah the bank is declining the charge

#

Well, more specifically they're requesting 3DS/auth but the nature of MOTO means the customer isn't on-session to provide it so we mark it as a decline

#

Checking to see if there's anything on our end or the bank not respecting SCA exemption

#

SCA just started to be enforced in UK yesterday

#

Seeing some other threads internally that echo that this is a Santander issue

It is, yes. As explained this is not a Stripe issue but an issue with the bank in this instance (Santander)

We're working to attempt to resolve this with them
