I contacted shopify they told me it's stripe that does the integration, we don't touch the code linked to stripe.
And the problem that I couldn't find a trusted developer (I have customer details I can't give the account to anyone to access it)

Did you write code to use the Stripe API to manage payments, or are you using a plugin that does this for you?

Shopify is using Stripe API, but it's the developers who coded the plugin that own that integration, not us.
I know this can be frustrating, but you really need to talk to them, there's nothing we can do.
