I can confirm that not every events could be triggered via CLI. That event is not supported unfortunately :/

After you have received the webhook event, you can fire an API to retrieve its details. Like Customer Retrieve API

We don't really have the expanding feature in webhook event (you have no way to tell/configure Stripe beforehand)
