if we were using standard accounts they could use the same account for multiple platforms right?
Also if we onboarded standard accounts as a platform we would not have permissions like do refunds and stuff like this?

That depends - there were some recent changes that limit the ability for a standard account to connect to mulitple platforms: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/oauth-changes-for-standard-platforms

You should still be able to make refunds on behalf of the standard accuont using the Stripe-Account header
