I clicked on HELP at Stripes website, and it brought me here.
My payments are not getting through, all I have are error or cancelled operation messages
Clients have downloaded the product and charged on their credit cards, though

I don´t do coding
I just need support from Stripes, my payments are not going through

You don't need to be a software engineer to get support, but the suggestions we give will likely need developer experience or changes to the code on your end, so it's best to have someone familiar with your integration here
All I need is to know why my money is not in my account, once my customers were charged on their credit cards
I won´t hire a software developer for that
If Stripes is not reliable, I´d be better off without it.
How did you integrate with Stripe? Through a plugin?
I filled up all the forms, integrating from Squarespace, where I have my website hosted along with my store.
Squarespace sent me into Stripes
Now I am your customer, and not a very satisfied one
I'm sorry you're not satisfied - you've integrated with Stripe through Squarespace, and sometimes that can make it more difficult to pinpoint the root error (since Squarespace is the one who implemented the integration and we have no insight into what their code is doing)
Where are you seeing the No such charge: 'ch_3KcYaZIEuJkfwPZY0HcKtoUt' error specifically? Is this happening on your dashboard?
