Hi 👋 if the subscription has moved into a terminal state (unpaid, canceled, or incomplete_expired ) then it cannot be brought back out of that state and a new subscription will need to be created.

You could create a new subscription for them, and likely add either a trial period or a discount so they aren't charged for the initial period.
