You can't, Payment Links aren't user-specific, they display the same information to anyone that accesses it.

Trying to send an invoice afterwards isn't going to be a good experience. Our invoices are meant for collecting payments as well and you'd have to suppress a lot of default functionality. We do have an option to send receipts on successful payments but I'm not sure that'll include the Tax ID.

Our overall goal is to send to the our customers who payed for the product via link a individualised receipt, which will have the information about the customer who has paid for these goods and to whom (ideally).

But I'm not sure that's going to be as unique to the customer as you want.

No there isn't, if that isn't enough then you'll probably want to look into a custom invoice/receipt process where you, or another service, generates the invoice or receipt with the information that you'd like it to have.
