@junior marsh generally not, but there is extra information on the card that it's possible to get if your Stripe account has access to it(you have to ask our support team to add you in).

We're moving to the Cost-plus pricing where we pay the Interchange, and I'm hoping to run analysis on previous charges to check what we should be charging on

but even with that I don't think you can get the card 'product' like that directly, but you can get the IIN/BIN and a description of the card

#

make sense, then you should be asking our support team to let you get access to those extra field on cards

I doubt I'll get it, the payments are all processed by Standard Connected accounts, so I'd need access to those

#

I guess we'll have to monitor it after we switch and act on it then. Thanks as always!

well you can get it

#

the way it works is your platform account can be given access, and then when you retrieve API objects from connected accounts (using https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication), you see features that your platform has access to, like the extended fields on the card objects. The connected accounts themselves don't see the info

Oh perfect, thanks so much!"

when you're talking to your Stripe contact about this I would suggest asking about "getting access to see the BIN for card objects, for my Connect platform" so the right SEO is triggered 🙂
