Our account is already setup to accept HSA/FSA payment. We adding products to our store and those products are not eligible for HSA/FSA. We need a way to prevent customer to pay with HSA/FSA card if those item in the cart.

Any way Stripe can tell us what type of card a customer is using ? or just tell us if it is a HSA/fsa card.

any API we can call to return such information?

I don't believe this is available explicitly, no, though my understanding is that most of these cards are considered prepaid as their funding type
