I have a film selling on a third party platform called Vidflex. they're and excellent company. A rental purchase in made on their site and they then provide a direct exclusive connection for the purchaser to the film. their payment page is primarily designed for credit cards which is not the typical payment method for international buyers. I need to figure out whether to have an API trigger their system or build within there site. Does that make any sense?
My Website is www.OnTheNorthSide.com when you click on rent movie it goes to their site for registration setup. on Vidflex.

I've turned all all the payment methods in my account but I don't know if that will apply with the payment pages with the Vidflex platform. Do they have to customize their site to all for that? Can I and a screen shot in here?

If the payment process is being managed by the Vidflex platform they would need to build their Stripe integration to support those payment methods, and you would need to ask them if they support them or not.

I'm not a developer. I've been attempting to customize our own site to provide this service but for now I have to work with existing platforms. Oddly enough, non of these 3rd party platforms offer all that producers require. So this particular company is interested in customizing this payment option but they require some assistance from Stripe for this integration. I was trying to set up a live call with Vidflex and someone from Stripe on the technical side. Is that possible?

We can't build your integration for you, but we can help developers if they get stuck or have specific questions. Does the company you're working with have a development team?

I am currently up live and running with them but they only offer credit card payments. that won't work for overseas.
Yes, their developer is available. The company wants to do this but it was my job to set up the meeting. I'm very close with their team and they're keen on doing this.

We don't meet with developers building integrations like that. Typically developers will start with our documentation and go from there: https://stripe.com/docs/payments

I just don't know the best mechanism for communication between all of us. And yet, we've been through the payments page sent to us. now we need further guidance.

That's why i was trying to set the meeting up with them and their developer. We've traded emails and even phone calls with Stripe. They said someone will contact us from your team shortly and that hasn't happened. Is this the only form of communication? Can I set up a meeting with them to identify their integration questions for you?
Can I have an email so that I can have them point form their questions. I'm the facilitator.

Sorry, I think there may have been some miscommunication. I don't think a meeting like the one you're describing is going to be feasible. A developer building a Stripe integration can contact support for assistance or ask questions here, but we don't currently offer meetings with Stripe engineers.

Ok, I understand. now. thank you. I'll contact support again. I thought this was a mechanism to connect with support. it was actually in my email from support to come here to Discord.
