its not entirely wrong. because a zero invoice is being created on upgrade. then another will be created after the trial ends
but it makes sense to show the customer data from the 2nd invoice with a full charge etc

Have you tried adjusting the subscription_biling_cycle_anchor? I'm curios if setting that to after the trial might work

I tried setting subscription_trial_end to now() which shows me an invoice as if there is no trial
the total is correct but date isnt of course so I have to recreate the date
if there is no better solution I will use this one

let me test that and see what happens
for current subscriptions only available otions are "now" | "unchanged" setting it to now throws an error
that it cant be done for subs with trials
so I guess I have to end the trial in anycase
so I guess that will be my solution for now. thanks snufkin
