Hey so the recommendation I got was to set up for off_session payments using either a PaymentIntent or SetupIntent then create off_session: true PaymentIntents for each recurring payment

They didn't know the status for this roadmap feature though

Thanks, yeah we've got the off session flag set for them, just disappointing that this exemption can't be used as well for the best possible chance of it getting an exemption - the majority of our charges are fixed-rate subscriptions
