Hi 👋 that appears to be a proration, which can be included when changes are made to subscriptions:

It looks like when you created the Subscription Schedule you specified an exact start date, so then when the subscription was created a little later the flow backdated those couple seconds.

Since it doesn't look like you have more than one phase in the Subscription Schedule, it'd probably be easier if you just created a Subscription instead.
