the code seems fine! It wouldn't be anything to do with that part of it. I agree it's probably a problem on AIB's side. Please reach out to our support team for more help with this!

Thanks, I spent over an hour talking to your support chat yesterday (Rosey), but ultimately the message was, talk to the bank.
The main concern on my side is that I am not missing information from the Session Create API call that means that when Stripe interact with the AIB bank interface, the bank rejects it because there is not enough information present.
You mention that is "the code seems fine" can you advise is there anything else I can do on my side to check my code to make sure it is definitely not a problem on my side. Thanks for your help,

nope, this would have absolutely nothing to do with your code

it's just Checkout, it's an entirely hosted page by Stripe, so there's nothing for you to configure really

as mentioned, this is almost certainly a problem with the bank, that's what 3D Secure issues usually are. It's not a great answer but all that can be done is for cardholders to complain to their banks that they're not able to make online payments.
