that's not something which you can pre-fill in elements. Those data are considered as sensitive information and the cardholder is expected to key in those values themselves

But I am a Chinese payment software. I hope my customers can pay without feeling the switching process when paying in many countries. So I have to save these sensitive information.

i'm a bit confused, your user would only need to provide these details upon card setup. After you save the card details, you can reuse the same PaymentMethod to make payment and the user wouldn't need to key in the same details again
