If the Stripe generated receipts do not work for you, you can always write your own HTML email templates and listen for the charge.succeeded event to trigger them.

ok, that sounds good, I couldnt find the settings in stripe to navigate to where to do that, do you know the page or url to go to to do that?

yea thought that, do you know where Id find a platform to hire a stripe dev? or would any dev be able to do this? I use fiverr quite a bit, would that be best place to find someone

Honestly I wouldn't know. I'm an engineer and I've just been cold-called by recruiters my entire career. Sorry I couldn't provide more info
