There isn't a hard limit AFAIK (nothing documented).

cool. with numbers as high as I'm looking at, is that something you would recommend asking elsewhere or are you confident enough that I'll probably be fine
(based on other limits in stripe you might be aware of)

I think you'll be fine. I just recently wrote a script that generated over 1M coupons and my only problem was rate limiting.
