no error is returned from Stripe SDK, the app is waiting for collecting payment info but the reader could not accept any payment

Hmmm... 🤔 and there is absolutely no errors? The M2 is on but it just fails to collect payment info?

you can see in the video the first light of the M2 reader is on, which means it is looking to collect payment info

Can you share with me your merchant ID? you can find it from the Stripe Dashboard -> Settings ->Account Details
