Sorry, I'm still confused. Stripe Issuing is used by our users to build flows to issue credit cards, but Stripe doesn't directly issue credit cards that I'm aware of.

Gotcha, since that's not Stripe I don't think we would have issued the card that you're asking about, and wouldn't have any control over it.
