do these users have to be manually added or can we generate payout links

Payout mean the users (connected account) will pre-register their bank information, and Payout will happen on a schedule basis. We don't generate link for Payout AFAIK

ah so if i wanted to send 5 dollars to a giveaway winner (for example), it would have to be manual?

as in i cant use stripe to automate it
