as far as I know the answer used to be that you're supposed to use our mobile SDKs which do an app-to-app redirect, but it's a beta flow that is not publicy available

we only really support Wechat as a desktop payment method today(or like you say, somehow having two devices) but you can write to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true as they should know more about the options, but as best as I know, it's quite complicated to get approved and integrated with this. It's not a great situation today
