I guess for your 1st question you're going to have to handle that manually. Probably by a one-time upfront payment for $60 (to cover the 3 months) and then adjust the billing cycle accordingly with a free trial: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/billing-cycle#using-a-trial-to-change-the-billing-cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a cycle, learn how to set the billing date.
