Hi, generally I suggest reaching out to our friend at Support and they can provide a completed answer on Payout. From my understanding, if you have EUR and USD banks registered in your Japan Stripe account, you would be able to accept your Payout to those accounts.

In case of platform payout it's possible. In case of connect payout I need to reach out stripe support right?

I don't quite follow the last question. What type is your Connected Account? And what did you mean by it's not possible? Could you provide a sample request id that errored?

My settlement account is "acct_1J2or4D5KYFi3zJG" which has JPY currency bank located in Japan. My connected accounts on which I want payouts are: acct_1KZVO0DEQI8j1rkK -> EUR connect account located in Germany, acct_1KPNXnRdZ6u7mNov -> USD connect account located in United States, acct_1KWfXFRaUvkH6SFQ -> JPY connect account Located in Japan. Following separate charge and transfer to USD and EUR it gives me error: For transfer and payout of currencies other than JPY to the seller connect account, stripe does not allow us because our platform settlement account is located in japan. Detail of this issue can be found here.

If I add other platform settlement account located in United States and Germany will my payout and transfer possible?
