Can you provide more details about why you were sent here? This is a place for developers to get help with technical questions, but it sounds like you have a tax question?

Frankly I need a developer who can implement the coding to sort out the difference between VENDORS. I understand that with CUSTOM ccoding this is possible. I need to find the developer who can do the work for us and that I trust or is trusted by STRIPE
