Hey there - test mode does not send automated emails so such flows are not always possible to test

I think this one might be an exception you can test by creating a customer using the exact same email as your account

Yes, in test mode you can only ever have emails sent to your stripe account email

#

eg when emailing invoices from dashboard etc

As for your other question no you can't explicitly opt-out, only opt-in to require 3ds more often
