This name field is not needed for an iDeal payment, so I would really want to remove it. Because it can confuse people who are try to make an iDeal payment through our platform

Ah that is strange, no other website ever asks me for my name when I pay in the Netherlands with iDeal

So this is not strictly required for ideal payments, but Checkout does require it currently and it's not supported to opt out
