I was wondering if you can log into your email account at all?
Thank you! I don't know what I did wrong. So basically I tried to login today and it has my old phone number in file. I then tried to login with my backup and then it says my email wasn't valid
I was but it sent me to the phone verification. I can't access it because that's my old number
Just to confirm, you are currently having trouble accessing both the Stripe account and your email account, as they require phone verifications that is your old number?

I receive email alerts with that email so I don't understand
I found a way you could try to retrieve your account, if you were to head to: https://support.stripe.com/questions/sign-in-to-your-stripe-account-without-a-2fa-device-and-or-backup-code
At the bottom section, there is a "account recovery form"
It will ask you for your ID and a few questions related to your account
After our support team verifies, they will provide you with guidance to retrieve your account.
(I have removed your screenshot as it contains your email, just in case, I do not want any of your sensitive information to be leaked in this public channel)
I have tried that I just don't remember the last time I've accessed my account I just know it was last year

Also why am I not able to acess my account with my backup code? I typed in my email correctly

I would recommend writing to our support team via email and let them have this on file, so they can handle accordingly
