I dont think so because I can't see "Powered by Stripe" on my checkout..

I created my stripe business account and give some business documents and then integrate my stripe account to my shopify account. What else I need to do ?

Can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

yes it's fine, make sure that it starts with acct_

as the log with 400 ERR mentions Non-INR transactions in India require a card issued outside India. More info here: https://stripe.com/docs/india-exports
