ah, that is a PaymentLink. So the issue here is that will not have saved the customer's card details, so you can't charge them again without getting them to resubmit.

so you'd probably want to create a new PaymentLink for a recurring product and then direct the customers to that. https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-links
