Hi there is your first question about caching the results of headware_skus (https://site-admin.stripe.com/docs/api/terminal/hardware_skus/list) API so you can reuse the result in the future?
In any case I'd advise against it. The list of available SKUs is updated from time to time, and you shouldn't cache the data and always use the up-to-date list.
I actually didn't refer to cache. I'm offering only one device, and I assumed this device SKU is not something that is changed often. And I can "save" a network call.
From engineering's point of view, I don't see any benefit of saving this network call, it's not expensive at all
