Generally you would want to reach out to GoDaddy, since they own that integration
I have access to both sides. Just having issues at checkout.
I spoke with Godaddy and they suggested it was on Stripes side.
Maybe it was due to another website being integrated and causing errors with a new integration

Hmm I don't see failed requests. Can you look at your Stripe Dashboard log and locate any request id around the time you tested it in checkout?

Yes, errored out before entering shipping/payment. Yes, i have spoken with godaddy support multiple times now. They suggested it is a stripe issue.
I can try and chat with support again tomorrow. Believe the particular dept is only available 5-8pm
OK, I just checked the logs and I don't see any Stripe error related to the payments
Ok. I can call godaddy again and explain nothing is hitting stripe server indicating issues outside of godaddy.
Anything else I should test/adjust?

So my understanding is that Stripe checkout is working fine I can see some checkout sessions in your accounts.
However, other checkout sessions are expired and therefore the associated payments were incomplete, I guess it's to do with the error message?
I see that as well. I tried working around godaddy and using a stripe redirect. Doesn’t work for us due to the additional size’s.
Also looks like my client is the one who made the previous purchase. Here’s the error message
OK, I'm certain that this error message is not from Stripe.
I'd recommend to contact Stripe Support first: https://support.stripe.com/contact and then loop in the GoDaddy support so that everyone can be in the same page.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, Stripe support should escalate your ticket internally instead of sending you to Discord. Please contact them again and tell them you have spoken to the engineer in Discord, and ask them to escalate the ticket.
