Hey @queen yarrow! It doesn't come with an app, we're building/offering an API and then you have to write the overall integration yourself or hire a developer to build one

You could look at a third-party partner in that list: https://stripe.com/partners/apps-and-extensions?q=terminal
Some will allow you to do what you want

Maybe https://stripe.com/partners/collect-for-stripe for example? But I haven't really played with it

Okay, thank you. Are the screenshots in the documentation from an app that you have example code for?

we have lots of example code but they are really just that: basic examples. Nothing you'd ever put in production really but things you'd build end to end.

But those screenshots show what appears directly on the reader since we do control the UI. But you still have to write the code for the application on your mobile device, what interfaces with the reader/SDK

So you need to have a second mobile device to use with the WisePOS E?

Well you need the WisePOS E that is the terminal/card reader and then a mobile device (iphone, ipad, android table, etc.) to connect to it and control it

I see. So WisePOS E is meant to be customer-facing, and the employee would have a separate device to enter the purchase items, etc?
