Im working in a new project, and only have access to html_public directory via ftp. The project leader say that all the implementation is already set up, but I do not sure that is correct, is the second time that install all the stripe enviroment.

There isn't much I can do to help in that case if it's all code you haven't really written yourself and it's about uploading it on your own server

if you're starting from scratch you'll want to read https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment
and for stripe-php you want https://github.com/stripe/stripe-php
