Just 1 question further: Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus are not currently supported on Stripe is mentioned in cross-border commerce. And the Resricted Business List paragraph just talks about Luhansk and Donetsk regions are prohibited.

I don't have any more specific information that what is noted here:

Impact to cross-border commerce
Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus are not currently supported on Stripe. While transactions involving Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine are not considered prohibited by Stripe at this time, you will see an impact on transactions involving sanctioned financial institutions and we encourage you to ensure compliance with relevant sanctions regulations in your jurisdiction.
