Hmm. More about invoices? There are some invoices which are incorrect (coupons were not applied to prorations). I would like to manually edit invocies and add coupons to them.

Prorations are applied to subscriptions, not invoices. But I can take a look at the invoices, can you share with me the IDs?

As you can see 2 items have 25.00% off, whereas the other two items do not. I'd like to add 25.0% off to those two that don't have it

The invoice you shared has a status open, so it can no longer be updated (only invoices in draft can be updated).
So there are two options here:

Add a credit note to the invoice: https://stripe.com/docs/invoicing/dashboard/credit-notes
Or void the invoice and then recreate a new one with the items you need.
